By Any Means Necessary is an art history class, taught by NXTHVN Curatorial Fellows Kiara Cristina Ventura and Cornelia Stokes, that highlights artists of color utilizing collected objects as art material. They will discuss how the use of these objects supports the artist’s investigation of consumerism, street culture, and consumption — prevailing themes in the Not For Sale exhibition.
