Jay Kemp

Jay Kemp is a youth educator and local radio personality here in New Haven, Connecticut. Jay has been helping teens over the past 15 years to identify their passions and dreams by creating effective action plans to pursue them. Jay previously served as Dream Director for The Future Project and currently teaches as the Hip-Hop Sociology instructor at ConnCat, as well as the Social Emotional Intelligence Educator at Wexler-Grant Community School.
