As Director of Facilities and Operations at NXTHVN, Jonathon is the organization’s central point of contact for all matters related to staff, apprentices, fellows, vendors, payroll, building systems, and technology infrastructure. His work ensures that every corner of the institution—from physical spaces to personnel—is aligned and optimized to support NXTHVN’s mission and community.

With a background as a team leader across multiple industries—including corporate, nonprofit, and education—Jonathon brings a sharp operational lens to every challenge. He has successfully led high-output teams, implemented Lean and Six Sigma-informed processes, and built environments where excellence, safety, and accountability thrive.
